Culinaria Hungary

This is one of the finest books in the Culinaria series by German publishers Koenemann. They are all very nicely illustrated with colorful pictures of the land, the people, and the food. They provide a superb and enjoyable introduction to the cuisine of the featured country. This one on Hungarian food is no exception it even covers some information on Hungarian wines. Culinaria Hungary is now available in English as a paperback. I know that it has been published originally in Hungarian and has been translated to German as well. Highly recommended, makes a very nice gift.
