| Notes: |
This wine carries the strong character of the vintage. It announces in its fragrance and taste the apricot and peach hues of the aszu grape. Sugar, acid and alcohol create an elegant balance.
With its smooth structure this aszu can be drunk easily.
Warm and dry summer months followed the early burst and blooming. Both Furmint and Hárslevelû came up in early August, the grapes ripened fast. After the long, dry autumn the berries started to shrivel at a high must degree which resulted in a very high quality and quantity aszú-berry yield.
Paired with Foie Gras, it offers an unforgettable
culinary pleasure.
