Back in stock after a long, long wait: The Marco Polo Pošip. Probably Croatia's best white wine. It's produced from the Pošip grape which only grows on the small Island of Korčula off the Southern Dalmatian coast.
The 2007 vintage which we have available now is a particular nice wine with great aromas and a completely balanced mouth feel. This is the wine to taste (together with a Dingač or the Zlatan Plavac) if you want to know what Croatia's wines are all about. Highly recommended. |
