Notes: 100% Refosk grape, harvested in October 2000, maceration of 30 days with controlled fermentation and aged 27 months in new French barrique barrels and an additional 3 months in in large Slavonian oak barrels. Bottled in April 2003 with an additional 6 months aging in the bottle. Deep ruby red color with complex aroma of black currant, blackberries, juniper, spices and black pepper. Full bodied wine, well balanced with Tannins and a powerful long finish. Recommended decanting 2-3 hours. Aging potential until 2015. Only 5.000 bottles were produced and only 480 bottles available in the U.S. Winner of many European wine competition awards.
