Produced by the Bibich Winery in Skradin, this dry red wine is made from a premium selection of the finest grapes grown on Croatia's Adriatic coast and aged for 18 months in French oak. Unique and potent, with a prominent body holding aromas of sour cherry, coffee, tobacco, toast and finally spices such as pepper, sage, and peppermint; the color is pomegranate and the taste prominent, rounded and chocolaty. Best served with game, roast meat, noble ripe cheeses and proscuitto. |
