Zefir

Zefir is a white grape variety created in 1951 from a crossing of Leanyka from Romania and Harslevelu from Hungary. The name Zefir is a reference to Zephyr, the Greek god of the west wind. Zefir produces fresh light-bodied wines with honey and elderflower aromas.
