Our Notes: The Papari Valley marani (cellar) sits amidst the vineyards in the district of Akasheni. No synthetic herbicides, pesticides or systemic treatments are used in the vineyards. This unfiltered amber-colored blend of 50% Chinuri, 50% Rkatsiteli combines 2 of Georgia's most important grapes and terroir. Fermented and aged in a combination of qvevri and stainless steel with naturally occurring yeast and bacteria, and no artificial intervention.
