Our Notes: The wine was fermented with its own yeast and matured for one year in Slovenian oak barrels. Only domestic oak wood was used to ensure harmony between the wood structure and wine. Then it was racked and bottled in the time of the old moon. The wine's structure is nicely intertwined with harmonious scents of very ripe citrus fruits, mineral notes, accompanied with aromas of wood smoke. Long finish. Pairs well with mushroom risotto, seafood fettuccine, cheese and pršut (Slovenian prosciutto).
