Our Notes: Made from Saperavi grape variety from 30-50 year old vineyards. The wine goes through fermentation in qvevri and maceration with skins, seeds, and stems is allowed for 14-18 days. After 6 months the wine is racked into mostly used oak barrels.The result is a deep wine rich of extract with a very good aging potential.

This wine has a purely varietal aroma of cherry and blackberry without an overwhelming oak presence. Recommended with meat dishes and cheeses.
