Our Notes: Sold out! Deep ruby red in color. The blackberry, raspberry and slight breath of cocoa. Background also aroma on roast meat. The wine has a full body; good harmony of alcohol, acidity and mature tannins. A lot of fruit aroma , black pepper, plums and mocha Long after taste on ginger bread.

This wine should be paired with red meat dishes such as venison, beef, lamb, veal, pork and dark poultry (duck, guinea fowl, goose) with bread dumplings, rolls, baked potatoes, pies, aromatic rice... Smoked meat, aromatic pâté (poultry and others), cheeses (parmiggiano, zbrinc, blue), goat cheese, pasta with strong red or cheese-based sauces.

From the Sergasi vineyard, 200m above sea level. The grapes fermented together with grape juice at 25-28°C followed by a prolonged 30 day maceration. The wine was then poured into new French barrique oak barrels to mature for the next 24 months, followed by malolactic fermentation. Thanks to the wine's great structure, little sulphur was added.
