Our Notes: Only 7 bottles left in stock! Kabaj Beli Pinot (Pinot Blanc) is the most delicate wine of the estate yet still bears the depth and texture to be expected from Kabaj. The grapes were hand harvested in late September from the Belo-Vhr and Neblo-Vhr vineyards, de-stemmed, and fermented with wild yeast. The wine is then transferred to mostly used, French barrique for malolactic fermentation, 12 months on the lees, then bottled unfiltered. If there is a Kabaj wine that does not need food, it is the Beli Pinot. Gently fruity with subtle notes of orchard blossom, a caressing mouthfeel, and a lightly oily mineral finish.
