Our Notes: Harvested manually, the wine is fermentated in submersible inox roto tank at controlled temperature for 3-4 days. After malolactic fermentation, aging is in stainless steel. It has a deep ruby red color with bluish tints. The nose is intense and spicy with notes of black currant, brambleberry, and black pepper. On the palate, it is pleasantly fresh and elegant, with velvety tannins, leaving a nice, rounded aftertaste.

Best enjoyed with blue fish, poultry, pasta (tagliatelle, ravioli, cannelloni), calf liver, clams, stuffed zucchini or paprika-based dishes.
