Our Notes: Grown throughout upper and central Imereti region, Tsitska is a light-bodined grape that produces wines with aromas of yellow fruits such as quince, melon, and pear, sometimes with a honeyed note. Harvested from an organic vineyard in Asureti, region of Kartl, the wine is made in the ancient traditional method, in qvevris: large, buried earthenware amphorea. It is fermented in wild yeasts and is free from any additives.
