Our Notes: A blend of 50% Pinot Blanc, 50% Zenit. Zenit is an Hungarian white grape variety created in 1951 by Ferenc Király by crossing native Ezerjó and the Slovenian grape Bouvier. It produces wines full of flavors and acidity. After spontaneous fermentation, the wine is aged in new Hungarian oak barrels, where they spent 12 months without racking. Aged for 10 additional months in bottle before release, it's a full-bodied and creamy wine with a refreshing acidity. Try it with Veal Cutlets in a Mushroom Cream Sauce.
